Sean Clymer

Sean grew up on Old Hickory Lake in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, where most days were spent outdoors, sketching, and developing an early appreciation for design. After high school, he enlisted in the military as a C-130 Loadmaster—a role that took him around the world and shaped his perspective on discipline, adaptability, and doing things the right way, while also influencing his creative pursuits.

After his service, he moved to Los Angeles and worked in television and film post-production, contributing to projects with major studios like Twentieth Century Fox and Paramount Pictures. That experience sharpened his eye for detail and storytelling—skills he still brings into his work today.

In 2018, he returned home to Nashville and found his niche in real estate. He focuses on identifying strong investment opportunities and bringing out the full potential of each property through thoughtful, design-driven improvements. He enjoys working closely with clients and partners, building relationships that go beyond a single deal.

Now based in East Nashville’s Rosebank neighborhood—just a few blocks from where he was born in Eastwood—Sean continues to draw inspiration from his love of history and architecture, particularly Spanish and Latin American design, which influences his approach to residential projects.

Outside of real estate, he’s usually sketching, photographing, or planning his next trip. He and his wife spend time in Panamá and Spain whenever they can, always returning with fresh ideas and inspiration.
