Jack Kehoe

Jack Kehoe and his wife are raising their daughter, Esther, on a farm in Franklin, where their days are filled with highland cows, goats, chickens, honeybees, and a vegetable garden that keeps them humble. Originally from Oregon, Jack fell in love with Middle Tennessee's land, pace, and people and has planted deep roots here.

For Jack, real estate isn't just a profession; it's a way of life. He owns and manages a portfolio of long-term rentals, three Airbnbs (two farm stays in Franklin and a lakehouse in Arkansas), and a handful of raw land parcels he holds as investments. He knows what it means to walk a property and see not just what it is, but what it could become, because he's done it with his own.

That instinct was sharpened over years of working at scale. Jack ran Purpose Properties, a land acquisition company, and closed 89 land transactions in 2025 alone, giving him a rare, hands-on understanding of land value, development potential, and what makes a deal work. Earlier in his career, he built and sold Amplify Real Estate Marketing, a luxury real estate media company on the West Coast, where he had the privilege of shooting for Jason Oppenheim of Selling Sunset and many of the country's top agents. He also brings residential land development and entitlement experience, and he is currently entitling a 148-single-family-home residential subdivision.
