Erick Harris brings a unique combination of leadership, dedication, and a passion for helping others to his career in real estate. Originally from Kentucky, Erick attended Austin Peay State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education.

After college, Erick spent 25 years as a high school band director. His career in education shaped him into a natural leader and communicator, teaching him the importance of listening, building relationships, staying organized, and helping others reach their goals. Those same qualities now serve him well as he guides clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.

After earning his real estate license two years ago, Erick is excited to begin a new chapter in his life and bring his experience, work ethic, and people-first approach to the real estate industry. Whether working with first-time buyers, families looking for their next home, or clients preparing to sell, Erick is committed to providing honest guidance, clear communication, and personalized service every step of the way.

Erick lives in Spring Hill with his lovely wife, Ashley. Together, they have two children: their son, Mack, who is attending college, and their daughter, Sara, who is in middle school. The Harris family also includes two beloved dogs who keep life at home lively.
