Elliott

Most agents treat land as the thing they sell when a house isn't available. Elliott Smith built a business around it. Operating as a private land consultant, Elliott works acreage, farms, and raw parcels across Tennessee, handling septic feasibility, utility access, survey and subdivision work, and county permitting rules.

Elliott was born and lives in Middle Tennessee, Five years in the business have only deepened what he already knew about this ground. Outside of work he's a horticulturist at heart — he spends his free time on garden design and growing things, which is probably why he'd rather stand on a piece of land than look at it on a screen.

Elliott  also buys and invests in land and homes, which means he's underwritten deals from the buyer's chair and knows exactly where they fall apart and where they make sense.
